Art Falcone is no exception when it comes to traveling. Going far and wide, he decided to go around the world on vacation and business ventures. While traveling he noticed that some of the places that he went to had establishments that did not really serve their purpose. What does that mean? It only means that commercial establishments that don’t even answer the needs of consumers are built up without any reason. But this brought inspiration to Falcone and thought about establishing more useful establishments like residential offices and restaurants.
