Everyone travels at some point in their lives. Business, vacation, seeing loved ones and family or just because you are bored. Sooner or later we leave the comfort of our state or even our country and go on an adventure to another location. I’m not talking about a quick trip to the next town over to take care of business or run errands. I’m talking about an enormous escapade halfway around the world or the country for months at a time. Our normal routines are forgotten about and put on the back burner while we travel.

The prime and key factor in staying focused comes from 3 words made popular by Nike, “Just do it.” When in a new city, search your environment and surroundings for a potential workout equipment, such as a playground, a bus stop overhang or a sturdy tree branch. With those three things, you can complete a full workout.
